Sometimes it’s not always clear from the outset whether a project is viable or not. Proposed sketch plans can be prepared to consider the likelihood of a successful project to prevent disappointment further down the line.

Listed Buildings Applications

If your property is listed then you will need to apply for listed building consent as well planning approval. I will be able to design a proposal that is sensitive to your existing historic property.

Technical Design

So that your chosen design can be built, I can prepare the technical drawings, specifications, schedule of works  and other relevant information that is required.

I will then pass this information on to 3-5 potential contractors to price your project

Planning Applications

Paul has a 100% track record for successful planning approvals! He will help guide you through the planning process and recommend the most suitable planning application required for your project type.

Structural Engineering

To save you the hassle of appointing a structural engineer I can also provide this service. Calculations of all new structure are performed by qualified structural engineers. Structural reports for gaining building control approval can also be prepared

Overseeing Construction

During construction I can administer the building contract and make regular site visits to ensure the contractor is building your project according to the drawings and specifications.

I will liaise with the contractor frequently to ensure you are paying for work that that is completed on schedule and to a high standard.

Building Control Applications

Once planning has been approved Paul can prepare the detailed technical drawings required to achieve building regulations approval.

Visualisations

Realistic 3D  views can be prepared by Paul Little Architect. These beautiful illustrations assist to visualise floor plans during the design process.
